Induction Management - course notifications

To have the ability to specify both the location and the recipient of the pass/fail notification would be a valuable enhancement.

Hi.

1. The notification is to be send to the user who sent the invitation to the induction course to the recipient.

2. The notification is triggered when the recipient passes or fails the induction course.
