  1. Ability to archive occupants or co-tenants instead of deleteing them or having to leave them in the portal (marked as vacated).
    As sometimes it can clog up list of tenants in properties where we have had a few change of tenancies, but ability to still search them up if archived if needing to do a rental reference.

  2. Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

  6. It would be great if maintenance could have a due date on it so that it is only shown in the maintenance list if it is due, similar to a task? With the option to filter to see all maintenance as well. But at the moment when I look at my maintenance list I'm overwhelmed by what needs to be action, but often I'm waiting for quotes/approval and sometimes I don't need to action it for 2-3 weeks, so it would be great for it to be removed from the list until it is due to be actioned, so that…

  11. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  13. Be able to enter a permanent note on inspection reports ie Dangerous Dog @ Property. Also some form of automation for maintence so trades are aware. Especially helpful if staff do not usually attend the property. Even if it was a pinned note but instead of selecting the current options of PPty Note, Ppty receipt or Creditor/Tenancy it could be an inspection or maintenance pinned note.

  17. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  19. We have once again received a query from an Owner regarding the : STATEMENT HISTORY EXPENSES VS INCOME (6 MONTHS) PAYMENT HISTORY (6 MONTHS) Table and Graph.

    I would just like to reiterate my concerns with the wording/information on this report/table.

    I understand and have verified that the information is based on the Ownership Ledger dates.

    I believe, however, this is misleading for the Owner’s Statement, as this is not the information per “STATEMENT HISTORY”.

    My suggestion is to either change the Title or perferable change the information to correspond with the Ownership Statement dates.
