  1. It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.

    However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.

    Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.

  2. It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

  4. I recommend an audit tab under each profile ( tenancy, property and owner) which will show a log of date, time and user of making any adjust under the profile.
    for example, staff member 1 changed the rent schedule on 5/2/2025 at 11.55am. A log will show:
    User: SM1 Change: rent schedule from $300weekly to $320weekly Date/Time: 5/2/2025 11.55am

  6. It would be lovely if residential profiles could not be able to be finalised without the required bond amount being entered. This would stop bond payments being automatically allocated to rent in the meantime.

  7. Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

  9. We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.

    "Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

    "Listing Salesperson" & "Selling Salesperson"

    "Conveyancer Work Number", "Conveyancer Email Address" & "Conveyancer Salutation"

    "Commission Amount" & "Marketing Amount"

    "Vendor Salutation" & "Buyer Salutation"

  10. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire

  12. It would be great to have a check box under the inspections summary that indicates that a Tenant has/has not consented to photos being taken at routine inspections (and even better if it integrated with inspection manager)

    If there is a company email address for work orders and a separate email address for accounts (as a contact) only the accounts email address should receive remittances/statements.

  16. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

  17. When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

  18. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  19. Attach bills paid to statements in the order that they appear on the statement when printing the owner statements. Clients have asked if they can be generated in the order that they appear on their statement so they can easily cross check the statement and attachments.
