  1. When using the tenant download, can funds be receipted automatically when the amount paid matches the arrears amount? At the moment, it rejects because it may not match the normal monthly rent as it's a part payment, and we have to receipt it manually

  2. I'd love to be able to search maintenance jobs for key words like 'screen door' or 'pest control' so that I can see which trades we have sent for what jobs, and compare them.
    We often have owners say 'how much will that cost?' so it would be great to be able to search through jobs we've had done and see a list of all the jobs with those key words either in the title or the body of the work order.

  3. When entering notes and pinning to profile / receipts etc. a pop up appears rather than just being pinned (so all staff are aware and have to click out of the note before proceeding)

  4. Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.

    At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

  9. RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
    We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.

  10. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  11. Please have the outgoings reconciliation due date as a field for commercial tenants.

    That way I can easily track what outgoings reconciliations need to be done - like rent review dates.

  12. Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

  13. Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

  14. To be able to run a strata plan report to show the linked properties.

    At the moment you have to look at each individual strata plan to find the properties.

    REST had such great reporting and it is the biggest let down of Property Tree.

  15. On Released and Cirus8 they provide the last quarter CPI figures and calculates your tenants new rental amount. This saves the PM significant time in searching for CPI figures and performing the calculations

  16. To be able to click on reply and select a template to use for your reply.

    This would save going into the template, copying and then pasting in your reply.

    A lot of replies to emails are template replies and having this feature would save time and make emails more professional. Thanks.

  18. Allow for the automatic routine inspection scheduling to be without a set time, so it reallocates the next inspection for the same time frame as the last inspection when it is closed rather than looking at the default inspection configuration.

  19. In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
    But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.

    Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?
