Order Buyer Leads by First Name/Last Name
We would like to be able to order the list of Buyer Leads by First Name And Last Name
Presently we can sort by a number of fields but not the name:
Use Cases from agent:
When comparing buyer lists with my colleagues on current interest over the phone for example.
If we order by (for eg) “interest level” (in out maybe) the list on my screen comes up differently to other users’ screens and when we walk through the list discussing buyers and their interest we can’t see the list laid out the same way.
Plus sometimes it is good to scan by name to find a particular buyer: “I know his name is Jim or James but can’t recall the surname. Actually it might be John and his surname starts with “E” – I’ll have a scan of the list and see what leaps out”.
