  1. Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

  2. When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

  3. Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  6. When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

  7. Add property alarm codes to they key information, so when checking out keys it prompts you the house has an alarm & has the code there. Rather than having to go through to the property diary

  8. Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.

    It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

  9. Pop up alerts in app when a new inspection is started for health and safety notes e.g vicious dog or make sure to check the gardens for xxxxx.

    This would be helpful and could be reoccurring until removed and not seen by tenant or owner ??

  10. In the Social Module - remove the dropdown menu for the "Person Details - Interpreter's Language" so we can enter the language ourselves. For example, we have many ESOL Pacifica tenants, but the current languages listed in the dropdown don't include them. Would be nice to be able to customise.

  11. Would be great that when a new tenant pays their first rent (deposit) and/or the bond for us to be notified via email. As this would save us having to check it daily. If we could set up an alert for these 2 fields would be great.

  12. It would be great if the email had a little curved arrow indicating it has been replied to in the inbox display. Rather than having to go into the owner/tenant diary to see if its had a reply.

  13. Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

  14. Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

  15. SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

  16. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  17. Being able to change the font size and style in the whole document all at once, rather than have to change all the sections NOT including merge fields separately from each merge filed. This is a bug, surely!

  18. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.
