Property Tree has a feature that reminds tenants by automatic SMS that inspections, overdue invoices and arrears are due. Does Palace have any plans to implement this?

Drag an drop files from folder to email
Typically, I have the folder and files open on my computer and when composing emails in Palace it would be a lot easier if I could drag an drop files from a folder to email, instead of having to upload and then find the exact file again.

Palace email read receipts needed
There used to be Read Receipts available in Palace emails but this is no longer the case in Liquid. Given we are doing so much more online and not in person, being able to confirm a tenant has received an email, especially containing things like ingoing inspections reports etc, is pretty vital. At the moment we can show it was sent but not received, which is problematic at the Tenancy Tribunal. So, we'd like this feature put back in.

Email reports directly from diary
It would be great to be able to email the Tenancy Details Report (and other reports) directly from the tenant diary rather than downloading it first and manually attaching it to an email.

Add Property Address in the Subject of Tenant Invoice Email
It would be great if Palace would indicate the Property Address in the Subject instead of [ID: RBRE***-RBAG***] in the email of Tenant Invoice.
Basically, a tenant sends us an inquire by Reply our email of Tenant Invoice without Bill forwarded so we have to find which property relevant according to the tenant's email address.
It will make our work more efficient and easier if the Property Address can be indicated in the Subject in the Email of Tenant Invoice. Thanks.

Boss Reporting on Healthy Homes
Would love it if the pie charts showing Healthy homes Compliance were able to show for just the user as well as the entire portfolio (like the dashboard can a drop down would be awesome).
Means the PM can see at a glance where their portfolio sits and the management can see per PM and also for the entire portfolio.

Different supplier email addresses for work orders and remittances
We have several suppliers that would like the remittance advice to go to their accounts team, but Palace automatically selects the primary email address when doing a bulk payment. The primary email address is where the work orders are sent, which is a different email address.
I understand that Palace allows for two email addresses, but when using Tapi, its defaulting to using the primary email, the same as Palace does with remittances.
It would be great to have a tick box in the supplier screen that asks if you want remittances sent to the primary email, or another email.

Debtor List
It would be helpful to be able to transfer ex-tenants that still owe money to a separate debtor list like Palace live had. So this takes them out of your current tenant report/figures etc

search in emails
Ability to search key words in the emails "body of the text" in the diary, not have to open up each one to scroll through. Same as outlook.

Additional tenants: Should be able to click on the name instead of having to go over to the edit button.
When you go into additional tenants presently you have to go across to the edit and click on that. Why can it not be click on the name and it opens?

Transfer of tenancy / property to new owner
when we complete a property transfer from one owner to another as the property has sold and we've retained the management, the original start date of the tenancies should be automatically transferred to the commencement date within the new tenancy record

Current Property Screen - Total properties depending on view
When a Property Manager is logged in and company portfolio is turned off (so they are only viewing their own proeprties when they click 'Current Properties' it would be great if the total properties at the top was only their total and not the total for the whole compamny portfolio

We are unable to remove tenants leaving a flatting situation if money has been receipted against them.

Improve Inspection File sizes
When taking a large number of photos during ingoing or exit inspections often the report file size will be too large to attach as email. This means the report will often need to be downloaded, downsized and sent via attachment which is time consuming. Is it possible to get a better optimisation of inspection reports so this is not an issue?

Autosave function default on for inspections
Change the Autosave function to be automatically on for inspection reports - or make this an option in settings where the individual user can set a default for on or off themselves.

When processing the EOFY statement, please set it up it comes from the property manager, the same way which the owner statement are generated.

Tenant portal
For sustainability, can we please request a tenant portal so that large files can be saved from the diary to the tenant portal such as initial inspection report/move in documents. Apologies if this is already an idea in progress.
