EOFY Statement Email Set-up
When processing the EOFY statement, please set it up it comes from the property manager, the same way which the owner statement are generated.

Very important. Some email clients automatically filter these emails into junk or spam and it reflects badly on us when they complain we haven't sent them information. People do not routinely check junk/spam folders.

Very confusing for owners who think it is spam. They are used to getting their statements from their PM, and with SPAM being so rife, they are reluctant to open it.

It would be helpful if the EOFY statements showed as coming from the PM email address rather than the person who is generating the statements - the same way that the EOM statements show as coming from the PM and not the person running processing EOM
