  1. The new Inspection report orders the rooms alphabetically, rather than the same order as the app, or in the order of photos taken.

    This means that all the bedrooms are grouped together alphabetically, rather than as a natural walk through.
    Here the master ensuite is no longer next to the master bedroom on the list.
    So, with a two storey house, rather than having photos of downstairs then upstairs, which is easy to follow, the rooms are scrambled, and listed alphabetically.

  2. Could you please set up a function in Palace that allows us to remove an additional tenant in Palace? For example, in this case, additional tenant is leaving while head tenant is staying.

  3. When taking a large number of photos during ingoing or exit inspections often the report file size will be too large to attach as email. This means the report will often need to be downloaded, downsized and sent via attachment which is time consuming. Is it possible to get a better optimisation of inspection reports so this is not an issue?

  4. Can we email an invoice to the owner for the pending charge so they pay from the charges screen. the statement shows a pending invoice but because its not a transaction it doesn't look like it is owed

  5. Don't need to see after processing Tenancy Invoices the notification that the 'invoice is being processed and then the invoices are currently being generated
    & emailed' Just another field to be clicked on.

  7. Training should flow through taking the user from the one transaction through to the next seemlessly. Users should be able to understand both sides of the transactions. Not all users have accounting backgrounds. A user needs to understand the implications of posting an incorrect transaction. There is no trouble shooting and if you ask for help is is at a cost of $150/hour but the training provided is minimum. This is not fair on your users.

  9. Change the Autosave function to be automatically on for inspection reports - or make this an option in settings where the individual user can set a default for on or off themselves.

  10. Property Tree has a feature that reminds tenants by automatic SMS that inspections, overdue invoices and arrears are due. Does Palace have any plans to implement this?

  12. Option to change default setting for rental increases to 28 days (Boarding House Rules) when processing Rent Reviews instead of the standard 63

    Currently having to manually calculate + 28 days + normal rent day for each increase.

  13. When I activate an owner in the client portal I have absolutely no idea whether the email has been sent or not. Can you please add the email into the owners diary. I have had so many owners say they never received the email so there must be some issue with it. It would be good to give them a date and time.

  14. when we complete a property transfer from one owner to another as the property has sold and we've retained the management, the original start date of the tenancies should be automatically transferred to the commencement date within the new tenancy record

  16. Seperating Email Remittance Email templates

    Currently having to edit each mid month for remittnaces that sent to suppliers and then remittance sent out to owners (different messaging).

    Not everyone sends out mid month statements. Some of us do weekly payments to owner and the remittance shows the amount paid out without sending out a statement.

    Currently editing before sending out suppliers remittance is not efficient use of time at all. (if remembered to do it)

  18. Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
    The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

  19. Update the email log in system reports to identify when an owner, supplier or tenant has marked palace emails as Spam and confirm if the email has been successfully received at the recipient end.
