  1. Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

  2. SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

  3. Ability to search key words in the emails "body of the text" in the diary, not have to open up each one to scroll through. Same as outlook.

  4. We have received multiple calls from owners verifying that the EOY summaries were in fact sent by us. The subject line in the email does not contain our company name and owners are suspicious given the warnings about spam and hacking.
    I inserted the Company Name in the monthly statement subject line some months ago which resolved this. The subject line on the EOY summary cannot be edited. It would be good if the Co name could pull through to the subject line or that this could be edited.

  5. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  7. Typically, I have the folder and files open on my computer and when composing emails in Palace it would be a lot easier if I could drag an drop files from a folder to email, instead of having to upload and then find the exact file again.

  8. There used to be Read Receipts available in Palace emails but this is no longer the case in Liquid. Given we are doing so much more online and not in person, being able to confirm a tenant has received an email, especially containing things like ingoing inspections reports etc, is pretty vital. At the moment we can show it was sent but not received, which is problematic at the Tenancy Tribunal. So, we'd like this feature put back in.

  10. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  11. Being able to change the font size and style in the whole document all at once, rather than have to change all the sections NOT including merge fields separately from each merge filed. This is a bug, surely!

  14. When you go into additional tenants presently you have to go across to the edit and click on that. Why can it not be click on the name and it opens?

  15. Have the ability to only view my inspection import/export when we click the eye for our portfolio but its its un ticked then have the ability to see others import export with out having to change user permissions

  17. Separate ledgers for Maintenance Fee and Flat Fee as they both go to the Maintenance Fee Ledger. This will help in analyzing fees earned between the two.

  18. Would be great to be able to send bulk emails with signatures not in the email template. In Palace Live you could select to 'Add Agents Signature' before sending, a similar feature would be good to reduce duplicates of templates.

  20. Some (most!) supplier invoices (or owners, or tenants) don't have the bank name or branch listed. Can you set up Palace to auto collect this info based on bank account number using a site like https://www.paymentsnz.co.nz/resources/industry-registers/bank-branch-register/ ?
