Add other amounts owing to tenant movement report
Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

Add / Edit Custom Views
Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.
There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…1 vote -
Add date of rent increase on owner statement
Hopefully will elimintae all the queries when new rent amount will commence, usually iwners ask when they receive a statement although the were advised previously

freeze the header pane
Can the headers be frozen in the dashboard search so that when you are scrolling through a list you can still see what the columns are all about?

Customise Statements
It would be great if we could change the colours and fonts of the statements/reports that we export, so they can align with our company's brand.

The training material is very confusing and inconsistent
Training should flow through taking the user from the one transaction through to the next seemlessly. Users should be able to understand both sides of the transactions. Not all users have accounting backgrounds. A user needs to understand the implications of posting an incorrect transaction. There is no trouble shooting and if you ask for help is is at a cost of $150/hour but the training provided is minimum. This is not fair on your users.

Invoice Email with txt reminder
When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

Auto reply working 100% including @Gmail addresses
Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

Finding draft emails quickly
Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

I agree with this! Which is why, in 2024, as a part of our Global search, we'll tap into diaries and make 'finding' things a little bit easier :)

Automatic SMS notification to tenants for arrears, inspections and overdue invoices.
Property Tree has a feature that reminds tenants by automatic SMS that inspections, overdue invoices and arrears are due. Does Palace have any plans to implement this?
13 votesThis is a great idea! We're actually finalising our first phase for automation, which introduces automatic email notifications. Once this is released, we can then adapt the SMS option as well :)

Add property alarm codes to they key information
Add property alarm codes to they key information, so when checking out keys it prompts you the house has an alarm & has the code there. Rather than having to go through to the property diary

Alerts - these should pop up on the tenants screen/owners or property screen when you open it up.
Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.
It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

Alert pop up on inspection app ( healthy and safety) ( notes for inspector )
Pop up alerts in app when a new inspection is started for health and safety notes e.g vicious dog or make sure to check the gardens for xxxxx.
This would be helpful and could be reoccurring until removed and not seen by tenant or owner ??

Confirmation your email has sent
Once you have sent your email (merged mail) it would be great to have confirmation (maybe in the form of a banner across the top) stating you have sent your email and to stay there for longer than 10 seconds/or have an exit out button.
