  1. Show 'actioned by' name in My queue

    Have an actioned by column in the 'My queue' to identitfy who has work flowed to you without having to look at the individual work flow details for each item

  2. Searching documents when a creditor code has changed

    When a creditor code is changed, this update is not repeated in the fileSMART database after a user prompt or done automatically. This can result in documents that were filed under the old code to not appear in a search unless the user knows to specifically look for them under the old details.

    Would it be possible to enter the name of a creditor in the search and have the system find all the documents, perhaps if done by the unique record id for the creditor?

    This would help users find any and all documents for those creditors even if…

  3. Keyboard Shortcuts

    The lack of keyboard shortcuts should be addressed. I'm a power user and find it frustrating to have to use the mouse to merge/split/archive documents.

    I know it's a minor thing, but the implementation of keyboard shortcuts from a programming perspective is also a minor change.

    I understand a lot of people may not want or need to use keyboard shortcuts, but they should still be available for those of us that do.

  4. Colour Documents

    We just have implemented FileSmart after using StrataMaster for a number of years.

    I can't understand why the colour is stripped from the TIFF files when they are scanned/printed into the queue.

    This is 2019, people. Black and white just doesn't cut it.

  6. FileSMART Outlook Plugin - Causing confusion and archiving email/document

    Query on whether Outlook plugin archiving the wrong document?

    The open emails and use the fileSMART icon within the opened email to archive the file. Instead of archiving the open email, it archived any email that is selected in the inbox.

    Please speak to product to find out if this is a bug or how it is designed.

    It is happening to all users across three companies.

    Spoke to Nik and it is designed to work from selecting from the Inbox/Folder location and not opening up the email and running the plugin (even though it is visible in the email.

    It would assist if we could simply reallocate between archive, lot owner and payments categories without having to send back through the workflow, archive or other and start the process over again in order to get it into the correct category

  8. Add in an option for owner and tenant portals on workflow assist

    With the processing of emails and invoices via workflow assist, can we get an option to add the invoices to the owner and/or tenant portals in the workflow routing rules so that option may automatically be set.

  9. Report function for rejected workflow items

    At the moment it is only possible to view rejected workflow items by changing the search filter.
    Would it be possible to get a report and/or a daily function to email a report to a selected email address for the rejected workflow items so these can be better managed and viewed.
    Not inding the filter that user friendly.

  10. Run File Smart PrintMail collations concurrently

    Run File Smart PrintMail collations for 4 different REST databases and each collation requires different email settings (SMTP host, Reply To:, Send From:, and Sender Display).
    Would like to be able to run these collations concurrently but at present have to run them consecutively which takes much more operator on-task time.
    Currently, if the settings are changed for a new collation, they kick in for any emails in the current collation that are still to be sent to the SMTP host.

  11. Automatic saving of emails to fileSMART

    An automatic pop up box linked to outlook for filing emails as they are being sent but with the option to disregard saving if they are internal emails or not specific property related.

    Would like the ability to code an invoice as a split payment /s i.e. for multi OC’s and/or multi coding – this has now been changed but still does not allow multi coding for multi OC’s as we need to have multi OC’s loaded and linked to the property

  18. Archive by Creditor Code instead of name with fileSMART for StrataMaster

    Instead of being able to find the creditor by code, we have to search by name which is the opposite when using fileSMART with REST and makes it confusing. I would like the Creditor field to be the Creditor CODE instead.

    We are always growing our business and have purchased two further Strata Management companies. They are also using STRATA Master and file SMART. We want to bring all of the databases onto one server, but file SMART does not allow this.
