I think this is a great idea, A staff member asked me to add this exact thing to the Rockend User Voice so I thought I should search first, and there it was already!
After filing minutes it is part of our company policy to include some notes on each item. Currently the only way to do this is to open fileSMART directly. So we are doubling up on the work to file the minutes. Perhaps even a customisable default notes value would be handy.
