1. Double click to pop out

   We'd like to be able to double click on an archived item so it pops out in a separate window. This way, we don't have to go back and forth between documents or even to have multiple windows opened.

2. Viewing filed documents

   The window where you view your filed documents used to show the creditors name and then you could also see the description of that particular document. Now the columns have changed and you have to slide quite a way across to the right to be able to view the description in the notes column to find what you are looking for and then the date column disappears. It a case of slide left slide right just to be able to read the details and find what you are looking for. It is not a good change that has been made and is not user friendly.

3. lot search

   When searching Individual Lots in FileSmart and entering the lot number that you want to look at example Lot 7, all lot numbers that contain the number 7 come up eg: 17, 27, 37, etc
   Can we make it so that when you enter the lot number that you want to search under the individual strata plan only that lot number comes up .

4. filesmart pin or lock system for sensitive documents

   Hi there,

   Can I please suggest for filesmart to implement to be able to be able to lock up a file with a four digit pin for sensitive information, or click on who can view certain files in filesmart? ..

   Eg . .we had a tenant who was charged by police, my staff wanted to view their application in filesmart that had nothing to do with them.

   Eg… if a staff member is a landlord and doesn’t want the rest of the staff to see their personal details…

   Eg… if the local mayor is a landlord or tenant, their personal information should be protected from everyone to see…

   Eg… we had past tenants that detectives came in and wanted a copy of the application for past tenants, not everyone should be able to access filesmart after we save sensitive police requests.

   Eg… past staff that were tenants in filesmart, we don’t want other staff to view sensitive material.

   Eg… if as a Director and I had investment properties, and don’t want staff to see personal information…

   Hope I gave enough senarios to generate the need for a pin or lock out others to certain files. Other business colleges have expressed interest in this too…

5. Is there anyway of creating a workflow report? Workflow invoices sit in a type of limbo. It would be helpful when searching for an invoice

6. Searching documents when a creditor code has changed

   When a creditor code is changed, this update is not repeated in the fileSMART database after a user prompt or done automatically. This can result in documents that were filed under the old code to not appear in a search unless the user knows to specifically look for them under the old details.

   Would it be possible to enter the name of a creditor in the search and have the system find all the documents, perhaps if done by the unique record id for the creditor?

   This would help users find any and all documents for those creditors even if the name or code was changed on the original record.
