  1. When you save/issue a work order in strata master, it does not automatically archive into fileSMART. We should be able to do this as it is very time consuming having to go back and manually do this. It also becomes difficult when you need to go back and view a work order from a few years ago, if it has not been archived and your try to re-generate the work order from strata master, some of the details change (ie. the strata manager for the plan changes to the current strata manager, and not the manager at the time the…

  2. When reprinting receipts, the option to view the receipt and email would be great. The only option to print means that it has to be scanned and then emailed. Just adds extra time and paper.

  6. Misc invoices raised in SM cannot be chased using the Debt recovery tab (under Levy Notices).
    Also if you run a quick report, under Lots, and check box show 'levies in arrears' - you wont get Misc Invoices in arrears!!! Please make is show ALL arrears. (The only way you can get FULL debts list is run an Aged Arrears Report, for all OC's - and if you run that, it runs one page per OC. Mine is 30 pages!). Not that helpful, when you are chasing debts globally across all OC's, and want one, succinct list.

  8. Example - Corp has $900.00 invoice outstanding and $400.00 available. Sits in CR invoice until enough money to pay.
    New invoice comes in for $350.00 and can get paid without knowing that there are earlier invoices still unpaid. If warning pops up, it would give the user option to hold to ensure earlier invoices are paid first.

  10. Ability to place reserve funds against both admin and maintenance funds.
    We would also like to be able to apply this theory to multiple schedules (groups) to avoid one OC covering the costs of another OC.

  13. Add Building alerts to signal users that there is important information regarding the building. The funcitonlaity was available in Stratamatic and the alert was displayed in these areas; General Alert, Admin Alert, Accounts Alert, Management Alert, Maintenance Alert. STRATA Master currently has building notes but the Alerts act as pop-up messages.

  14. I would like SM to include the invoice number into payment file which is then uploaded to the bank - this is so the invoice number can be shown on the bank statement of the creditor to allow for easier reconciling

  16. I would be good if you could move the filesmart window when trying to save from outlook - most of the time it pops up in front of the information you need and it wont let you move it - have to write it down before you try to save it which is such a time waster.

  18. I don't know how everyone else does it in Victoria, but as far as I'm concerned, I do not have one OC Certificate that fits all buildings. We need to be able to bring in a OC Cert template relevant to a particular building. Otherwise, OC Certificates are useless to me.

    It should also be able to bring in figures relevant to a number of common properties - i.e. break them down. So the law in Victoria states that each OC must be treated as a separate entity. Say the building is a part of 4 OC's within the one…

  19. For the 12 Month Statement of Revenue & Expenses report to display the revenue/expense into each correct Month accordingly and not be determined by the financial year end 'month' number of days of the Building.
