  1. To be able to enter a credit (neg) Agency invoice as a refund in the charge quantity management fees. This will offset the invoices to be paid enabling to reconcile to the payment made.

  3. Ability to delete files in bulk the Document Register. When trying to delete file in the document register, there is no option to delete in bulk, you can only delete one by one even though SM allows you to select multiple files, when executing the delete button, SM will only delete the very last file in the selection

  5. When a levy discount has been set, ability to cancel this discount and have STRATA Master re-calculate all the amounts due, rather than having to cancel all the levies and re-strike them with the correct amount.

  6. When charging fees for print levy notices, Multiple Owners Corp option is used and there are too many lots for the particular quarter. SM cannot cope with the number and may stop the process half way through the run. This causes an issue with the fees being charged as SM will only charge the Fees at the completion of the entire levy run. If the run fails half way through, then the charges will not be processed onto the plan. Ability for SM to either process the fees for the plans it has already printed the notices out for, or…

  9. An automated message to let un-financial Owners know they are in arrears and unable to vote at the upcoming meeting. This should have the functionality to be adjusted re how many days before hand and possibly even an exclusion option on an Owners contact card.

    • Creditor Invoice
    • Quick pay
    • Manual Bank Reconciliation, Deposit & Withdrawal Tabs
    • Journal
    • Miscellaneous Invoice
    • Other Receipt Type to Owners Corp
    • Credit Lot
    • Reporting criteria that allows for filtering by account code
    • and any other screen where you select an account code, it would be great if you could start to type part of the code name and it searches/provide options available.

    For e.g. if I typed "Doors" it would filter account codes to provide a list of account codes with the word "Doors" in it:

  11. Ability to attach multiple levy notices from multiple OCs at the same property as an attachment in one email rather than forwarding multiple emails for each levy notice/invoice to the same owner.

  12. With the introduction of Loan Drawbacks becoming more common, we would like the ability to have more than 4 different levies on the 1 levy invoice. Currently it compiles additional levies into one line called "Rolled Levies" when there is more than 4.

  14. On the CORP page where the insurance cover details are entered, it would be helpful to have historical information held from the period cover. The reasoning behind this is that on occasion insurance claims are settled for prior years. At present one has to go to FILESMART find the insurance renewal and scroll down to find the excess that is applicable for that particular year.

  15. Ability to select multiple plans when printing a report. eg balance sheet or I&E. This can be done via Reports > AGM Prep, however can only select either by manager, or plan range. Client would like the ability to select certain plans, in the same way that certain lots can be selected when printing / emailing levies (ie. A grid with all of the plans and just select the plans the reports are required for). A great idea to include grid selection of plans to choose from.

  17. Would like the Strata Plan number to be added to the name of the attachment when emailing levies. Currently only has the lot number and the month the levy is due.... eg Lot101FeeNotice201712.pdf.

  18. I would like to be able to create a budget that breaks down the budgeted amount monthly. Currently only option is annually, as more larger plans are being built / registered, owners are requesting a monthly breakdown of expenditure, rather than a annual total.

  20. Currently if you issue a miscellaneous owner invoice through Accounting - Issue Invoice the notice that is emailed/printed does not include any Agency customised global messages. (Likewise if it is reprinted through the Levy Journal.) The only way to issue the invoice with the Agency customised message is through the Levy - Issue Invoices option. However there is no ability on the levy screen to select an individual lot. This means every time you need to issue a miscellaneous invoice to an owner you may be inadvertantly reissuing notices to multiple other owners within the plan. Can global customised messages…
