  1. The ability for an invoice to be produced with the monthly management fees of any time activity charged in the diary with a detailed description so clients know what "Additional Services" are being charged instead of just having a line item on the Agency Tax Invoices.

  3. When exporting to .csv the Strata Roll information from Formatted Reports it left aligned; Please rewrite the Export functionality to csv to improve formatting issues like the one above.

  4. It would be beneficial to have another date input in the 'enter other options and details' that allows you to backdate or forward date the due date that is reflected on the debt recovery notice, not related to the 'calculate interest to' date.

  6. The option through the creditor invoice screen to bypass entering an invoice number for the creditor.
    If the option is selected, the invoice number field in the creditor invoice screen to not be available.

    Helpful for most bills paid via BPAY

  8. To have the merge field for BPAY Reference Number for NAB bank accounts. At the moment, the available merge field is DEFT Reference Number which is only applicable for Macquarie Bank.

  9. With the number of plans having defect work, OC and committees are having meetings held under privilege but the developers are still owing in the complex. Currently we need to remove the plans ability to see meetings at all from their web login in case the developer see them. We also cannot allocate to the committee to view on the portal as they all appear in the list of meetings on the logins.
    If we create the meeting through the meeting wizard, it shows on their web logins.

  14. Often we are looking write to the Owners of a lot and add the building's address to a document without referring to a particular lot.
    The Owner Merge fields don't contain the property address.
    e.g.
    RE: Common Property 34 Smith Street Bankstown

  16. We are based in NZ and need to have the ability to produce and upload Direct Credit EFT files that are in a format compatible with the BNZ Bank.

    Cheques are being phased out and so will no longer be an option for payment of supplier invoices.

  17. Meeting Wizard - Images in Agenda
    When creating an Agenda in the Meeting Wizard, when you copy images into the Agenda (>2500kb) it causes Strata Master to freeze when loading the preview (except for very tiny images).

    It is very useful to be able to attach images into the agenda itself (rather than annexures) for various reasons.

  19. Add options in Corp > financial screen > tick option: Reject allocation receipts and on the Lot > Levies tab > tick option: Reject allocation receipts. In the same way as the Reject levy receipts work.

  20. Including any POA, Enduring POA, Enduring Guardianship, Executor etc and Company Nominees received within the lot card, so that person is then noted on the Strata Roll report and more importantly on the Meeting Attendance Register. Currently the Meeting Attendance Register only pulls from the Meeting Register which only gives us the one option - either a proxy OR a nominee per lot.
