  1. Currently <<Attendees>> merge field only populates the names of the owners that were present at a meeting. Would like the ability to populate all owners names on the meeting minutes ,whether or not they attend the meeting as all owners should be able to see/view this information.

  2. Currently the subject line which populates when a levy notice is emailed out is "Levy Notice - Strata Plan xxxx". Would also like the building name added to the subject line of levy notices that are emailed. Some owners don't know their strata plan number and will often think the email is spam, even though it has been sent from a user at the agency.

  3. When a user sync's meetings from SM to Meeting Master, meetings for all users will be sycned to the device. Would like Meeting Master to only sync meetings according to the user who is logged into the app (ie. plans that are only managed by that user/manager).

  4. If you don't have fileSMART, when selecting the Multiple Plan option in AGM Prep, the "Save Report" option is greyed out, the checkbox is unticked and there is no option to have SM save the reports to the Document Register.

  5. Final Fee Notice description field only allows for 33 characters, however when striking levies, does not stop the user from adding in more. Either allow for more characters to be displayed on Final Fee Notice or limit the number of characters the user is allowed to type when striking levies

Ability to Issue sub meter invoices by email to the Main Contact people for an Owners Corporation, in addition to the additional contacts i.e. Agencies/Tenants/Co-Owners etc. It would be beneficial for Main Contacts and Additional Contacts to be able to receive sub meter invoices, in the same way as Levy Notices may be sent simultaneously.

  12. Cash at Bank on Corp Screen, currently shows total cash of the whole plan. Would like to see Cash for each group for ease of invoice payments

  13. Ability to amend the reports in line with reporting options available through form reports: -Reports for specific periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) -Comparative period options (prior periods/pro-rate/prior year complete; budget variance; etc). We typically email them directly to them, as it is fulfilling an immediate request for the report. A lot of our clients keep a close eye on the financials. For some clients we are able to fulfill through issuing monthly interim reports, for others we need to manually send the reports each time they request updated copies.

  14. When you go to Quick Reports and Registers tab, Contract Register types; the options in the drop down box for Contract Type is not in alphabetical order, it is in the order that were entered into STRATA Master, this is not very helpful and wastes time.

  15. Proxy/nominee register needs a column for substitute proxies. Proxy/nominee register does not permit us to have two entries for one lot. For example, a company can appoint a company nominee however if that nominee cannot attend a specific meeting, the company can appoint a proxy. Both entries are necessary and valid. Same goes if we have a power of attorney on file and we list the owner as an owner's representative. We then cannot add a proxy for that lot if the need arises. STRATA Master does not let you add two, an error message comes up stating "There is…

  16. *References to Executive Committee exist in the system (email a strata committees report and look at the file name, AGM report preparation, quick reports etc). This makes Rockend look out of touch with the reforms

  17. Provide a more user friendly way to re-number motions in agendas. Currently you have to double click on each cell to do so. This can be time consuming if you have 30+ motions to re-number

  18. Strata Max has the ability to send out surveys to gain a net promoter score directly from the product which is very useful. This type of functionality helps us as business owners to grow and improve our business.

  19. Since the new legislation and the review of by-laws there are potentially lots of buildings with more by-laws. It would be handy to have a link in SM which brings up the by-laws from fileSMART. It would also be useful to have better warnings with regards to by-laws when sending a work order.
