  2. Ability to delete files in bulk the Document Register. When trying to delete file in the document register, there is no option to delete in bulk, you can only delete one by one even though SM allows you to select multiple files, when executing the delete button, SM will only delete the very last file in the selection

  4. Ability to track the person who has voted. In SA, commercial properties can choose to vote on unit entitlements.
    So voting needs three options:
    1) Financial
    2) Number of people
    3) unit entitlement

    Would like a pop up when they go to vote advising they are not financial so can't vote. Link in the email that sends out the voting papers to pay now. Also a tick box to still let someone vote if only 1 cent in arrears, or an option to set a threshold up to a certain amount where people can still vote.

  7. There is a limitation of 50 x characters under proxy/nominee in the meeting register where joint equity exists. To extend to allow for a higher ie; 100+ x characters length that will filter through to the Meeting Minutes.

  9. To add search options for: std levies posted admin; std levies posted sinking; special levies posted admin and special levies posted sinking.
    Special levies posted Capital Works to have the ability to produce one report with totals across all the portfolio.

  10. Improve the way in which the reminders disclose last levy notice printed/emailed when that method of delivery is set all to email or when no budget is set for a fund in the levy cycle. ie. Last notices email/printed does not update on Corp screen when there is a nil balance for the budget in Admin/Capital Works. This will still create reminders for delivery method for levy on the Lot.

  12. Automatically open Outlook when issuing emails from Strata Master, eg Levy notices, etc. Currently Outlook needs to be opened manually before the emails are sent.

  13. When "Correspondence" is ticked in the additional contacts field, owners will receive interim reports and also AGM prep reports. In the Mail Merge functionality, where correspondence is email, the only option is for owner or agent as nominated on the lots screen. Would like to be able to select the additional contact too.

  14. Would like the Strata Plan number to be added to the name of the attachment when emailing levies. Currently only has the lot number and the month the levy is due.... eg Lot101FeeNotice201712.pdf.

  15. We have received a Strata Committee Nomination form prior to an AGM and we can not seem to locate a merge field in Strata Master for this information to be entered into Meeting Wizard (for an AGM).

  16. When a levy discount has been set, ability to cancel this discount and have STRATA Master re-calculate all the amounts due, rather than having to cancel all the levies and re-strike them with the correct amount.

  17. Ability to allow for the configuration of a meeting type under AGM for adjourned meetings. Currently no functionality to flag this type of meeting. Also when minutes or notes have to be written up and distributed, as the meeting type is called AGM, this populates on the final template and cannot be overwritten within the wizard

  19. When charging fees for print levy notices, Multiple Owners Corp option is used and there are too many lots for the particular quarter. SM cannot cope with the number and may stop the process half way through the run. This causes an issue with the fees being charged as SM will only charge the Fees at the completion of the entire levy run. If the run fails half way through, then the charges will not be processed onto the plan. Ability for SM to either process the fees for the plans it has already printed the notices out for, or…

  20. Where additional addresses have been recorded for a building within Corp > Structure tab > Other Addresses. Allow for Quick Reports > Corporations to show the additional building addresses. Currently Quick Reports will only show the address entered into the Corp > General tab
