  2. Please add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices > Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of <<CorrespondenceEmail>>

  3. I would like a report to show creditor bank accounts prior to me actioning the 'Pay' function in SM so I can cross check what is on the actual creditor invoice compared to what is in SM. For example, have the creditor bank account details print out alongside the Validation report generated from the FSCI screen

  4. I would like a report the same layout as the Aged Arrears List report, that provides a 1 line aged arrears list for each owners corporation, to get a snapshot of where the arrears are at across the portfolio without having to generate separate reports

  5. Strata Committee Meeting – these are being saved as Executive Committee Meetings. I have been advised to save them as “committee meetings” instead however all my templates are set up for SCM. We need both as we do both Community and Strata.

This is important for strata committee meetings as we make them compliant with quick and easy strata committee meetings to formalise their decisions quickly so SCM for electronic voting is really important to have. We are manually creating and sending voting papers for them to complete and return.
    Would like to be able to create their own meeting types. ie. Strata Committee Meeting, outside of the ones pre-defined in STRATA Master, to be able to to action the above.

  7. It would be good if the voting register had two lines for proxies - one showing any active and registered proxies, and a second line showing if a proxy had been used to cast an online vote. It would make validating online proxy votes much easier.

  8. Resident labels – it is using the system address NOT the specific address entered for this purpose under tenants contact details. Design constraint - When producing Resident labels the address details record from the unit/lot/address fields under the Lot and not as displayed under the Tenant contact details.

  9. As the address for service of notices can differ between levies and notices, we request having them show separately. Also an agent could be receiving levies and notices therefore the email address shown on the notices tab should appear on the strata roll and not the owners main contact address.

  10. Invoice number input for the bulk creditor invoices screen. We are aware of the CRN, however we would like to also be able to enter an invoice number

  11. Templates -would like to be able to configure templates per corporation and just agency based. Some schemes may approve payment plans and some may not, we request to be able to have alternate templates without manually changing the templates each time or changing the heading between each template. Also associations don’t have to have payment plans so this would be a completely different template all together. Alternate templates on a corp basis instead of agency basis to accommodate.

  12. Manual Receipt Screen - please add check box option to deselect all invoices levies that are auto-selected when tabbing after the amount is entered . More user friendly where multiple invoice/levy lines are auto selected. User then only needs to make their manual receipt selections.

  13. Please add a restriction amount for spending on the committee tab as per minutes. Similar to the option under the corp>financial tab 'Reserve Funds'.

  14. We suggest a reporting feature for the tax year Like Interim or AGM reports, for example the 30/6/2017. This would be useful for the Annual Audit under Property Stock & Business Agents Act. Office audit asks for Cash Management, Receipts Report, Cash Payment, Balance Sheet and I&E Report for tax year end.

  15. Payment Plan - please enhance to show a yes/no checkbox for payment plans on the Corp screen>financial not yet approved as meeting yet to be held. Also,needs to be included in the template for Debt Recovery.

  18. Corporation Search - predictive text search to increase the number of characters as currently set to 10 x characters. This will assist where numerous buildings have the same street/body corp name eg: Magnoli Circuit/Magnoli Residences.
