Interim Reporting - due dates
Interim Reporting - to be able to run a report to show which plans are due for their interim reports to be produced. Maybe to have an extra column in Quick Reports to show the date they were last run.

Form Report - Levies Due. You only print this month by month - would like ability to select a period from and to. Doesn't want to have to print off separate reports per month.

Owners Ledger
The owners ledger is really hard to read, because the levies struck are up at the top and the payments are down below you have to keep going from page to page. It doesn't allow you to give a timely response to our owners. Especially when the levies automatically allocate again the first outstanding payment.

Auto reminders
Ability to send customisable (e.g. amount of days) auto reminders to tradies for work order and quote requests. We are too time poor to keep chasing outstanding tasks, this would also improve the level of service we deliver to our clients.

KPI reporting
We are currently trying to utilise quick reports to produce KPI reporting to try and give us an overview of how everything is tracking in the team. It would be great if this information was easier to produce all together and easier to see.

Chat facility on owner portal
It would be great to have a chat facility on the portal where committees can discuss issues e.g. what paint colour to use. This would limit the amount of emails back and forth to the Strata Manager

Portal - Change of Owner details
To help with the overwhelming amount of e-mails it would be great for owners to be able to log onto the portal to change their owners details. We would need to be able to review and approve this, and then the details should be automatically updated in the software. This would limit so many emails and save us so much time continually having to update owners details.

Maintenance App
It would be great to have an app from Rockend that is branded for our company where owners can log their own work orders, that then gets sent to that buildings preferred supplier. The Strata Manager should then receive a notification to let them know this has happened. There should also real time tracking of this. So for example, if an owner comes home and the lift is broken, they can log onto the app and see that it has already been raised and a work order has been sent. This would limit numerous emails from different lots to report…

Meeting Wizard: Valuation Amount We are using the ‘valuation amount’ merge field which is handy, however it’s not formatted at all. So a valuation that should look like 1,555,888 just looks like 1555888.

Meeting Wizard - FY Merge Field
Meeting Wizard: Financial Year Merge Field Would it be possible to add a Financial Year START merge field? We use this date in our Levies agenda item and it’s currently not available. We Would prefer a long date option over the standard dd/mm/yyyy format.
We normally like to use the long date option for the following:
- Financial year end (“That the financial statements for the year ended XXX be adopted”)
- Levy year start
- 1st levy instalment date
- Subsequent levy instalment date

Insurance History
On the CORP page where the insurance cover details are entered, it would be helpful to have historical information held from the period cover. The reasoning behind this is that on occasion insurance claims are settled for prior years. At present one has to go to FILESMART find the insurance renewal and scroll down to find the excess that is applicable for that particular year.

minimised screen
It is really annoying in SM when you click on a button - say Quick Reports - and this window is already minimised at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on the button does not bring up that window again. You can go to window at the tool bar and click onto it but, this is not user friendly. If you are using Chrome for example, and you click on the chrome button this pops up, you don't have to click elsewhere to launch it. Very frustrating.

Year end detailed revenue reports - we have to run two reports to cover a period - can we please have an option to enter a date range.

Ability in Configure > Debt recovery to add a drop down to include a list of multiple templates to select for a stage.

Insurance Claims - add 'unknown' status
- Add another status: 'unknown' in order to close old claims
- flag option for old claims that need to be addressed as per above, maybe options to bulk close claims to a plan under the utility

Management Fee Reporting - add additional information
Ability to report on management fees to show the old value, new value and the date of the increase. Currently can only report on the old and new rate via quick reports - need to add date of increase in quick reports.

Lot Diary Charging
Would like to see charging from the lots diary. (at the moment it only works in the plan's diary). There is an increasing need to charge for tenants or lots owners direct for work performed by the agency. for e.g. issuing compliant notices. Understand how to get around this in SM at the moment but would add to efficiency if charges can be done when create the item in the lots diary.
