  3. We are finding more and more that insurers and settlement agents want to EFT funds for payments that we have traditionally been paid by cheque. Our company policy is not to accept direct deposits in to our Trust Account to avoid spending unnecessary time trying to find what payments are for receipting. Is there a way we can create an invoice for the Strata Company for these transactions to be able to create a specific reference for these payments? To give the ability to invoice the corporation.

  6. Save the creditor invoices in FSCI screen when backing up Strata Master. Currently when Strata Master is restored the invoices in the FSCI screen are lost and need to be re-entered.

  7. When producing the Status certificates in bulk for a plan to be able to manage with an option to produce in batches or Lots within the individual plan.
    The problem is that the process takes a long time and when opening a word document will interfere with producing the certificates.
    This process at the best of times is time consuming

  10. We absolutely love the strata mobile app, I use it all the time. However it would be great if you could email out all owners from the app, and agents, send work orders and quotes. This would be great for out of office calls and also for our managers when they are out onsite at meetings.

  11. It would be really great to be able to print a list of transactions that make up this balance (omitting the cancelled transactions), and being able to export this list would also be beneficial. This process has been quite difficult and being able to get this information directly from the system would be great.

  12. When making a payment, strata sends a report to the printer which needs to be checked before you continue. Creditor payments & process direct entry payment This means you literally have to get up go to the printer (and we have two very busy printers) wait…. and then come back to your desk before you can carry on. If the printer is held up you cannot continue any work until this has been confirmed and are therefore stuck waiting for a printer. It would be much easier and efficient to have this come up on the screen to check, and…

  17. When journals are processed to correct GST for an Revenue/Expense it creates the reversal in Income/Expense to offset. However, it would be a better option to create the reversal in the same Income/Expense on the GST Detail report to give the correct Sales/Purchases amount without the need for the BAS agent to adjust on the BAS summary.

  19. It's very frustrating that you have to set the notice of delivery on the levy tab and you also have to select it again for the sub metering invoices. It would be much more user friendly if the levies tab automatically updated the sub metering invoices tab.

  20. There is nowhere in STRATA Master to manage term deposits. You can't see the total, you cant see the term, you cant see the interest rate, you cant see the expiry date. It's very annoying that an accounting package doesn't have this option. We currently have to use the notes tab on the front of building card to remind us about the term deposits.
