FORMATTED REPORTS - Date range selection
To give the ability to produce reports in a date range i.e. 01/07/2017 to 30/06/2018.

A custom date range would be preferable as sometimes the request from Owners Corps is not even an end of month. It can be 25/6.
The Quick Reports to excel is not as professional in appearance.
