Need custom date range for detailed revenue and detailed expenses reports! Accountant is requesting for income tax lodgement for tax year (different from strata company financial year). Also need when handing over a strata company to new management ability to print report for ALL transactions.

This would be great for both expense & revenue reports. I would use this specifically when running reports for FBT, which never coincides with a strata plan's financial year.
