Formatted Reports
Ability to set the default to the CURRENT month. 99% of the time when I run a financial report I want it to be up-to-date. It currently defaults to the last month end (the monthly reports are done through interim reporting).

Management Fee Invoices - Emailing
Ability to Issue Agency Management Invoice (Our fees) to the client by email. Currently they can only be printed. We would like to be able to email directly to the Treasurer each month.

Email Committee Members
Ability to give an option to email the representative and sub-representatives only (as elected at the AGM) and obviously some way of identifying the rep and sub-representative.

Predictive Search Options
Can only search surnames. Would like it to search emails, phone number, first names and even offer suggestions if we typed the name wrong and also to be able to search for agents and residents too.

Owner Statements - delivery methods
You should still be able to choose to issue individual Levy Notices or Owner Statements by email even if the default for the standard quarterly ones are posted. Currently if I wish to email an owner statement or re-send a levy notice that is normally posted I have to change the method of delivery for that lot to email, issue the owner statement and then remember to change the delivery method back. If I try to email without changing the method it claims there is no statement to issue.

Labels - sort fields
Please add sort field for chosen delivery method for notices & minutes delivery, correspondence delivery and levy delivery (you can only select Correspondence delivery method up the top and it is not as a sort field..) would also be nice to select sort fields to remove as it is rather busy.

diary screen - tracking number
The issue I have is that the diary screen provides a tracking number. When you open that doc, you then get three different numbers for the quote requests. The four requests have different numbers. When the contractor contacts me they quote the ref number on this screen but in order to find what they are talking about, I have to open all the documents on the previous screen and then look through. Very difficult. Would be easier if they all had one reference with perhaps a-1 2 3 for the various quote requests.

Meeting Template Configuration
Ability to link documents to the Meeting Template Configuration e.g. proxy forms to general meetings, so that they don't have to be added each time you generate a meeting.
