It would be great to have an app from Rockend that is branded for our company where owners can log their own work orders, that then gets sent to that buildings preferred supplier. The Strata Manager should then receive a notification to let them know this has happened. There should also real time tracking of this. So for example, if an owner comes home and the lift is broken, they can log onto the app and see that it has already been raised and a work order has been sent. This would limit numerous emails from different lots to report the same issue, and also puts the owners at ease as they can see that it has been actioned.
