   It would be good if in Eagle the following is also asked and synced into Property tree - as its an additional manual step otherwise:
   Adding Preferred name
   Adding Rent review date
   ticking if we charge water usage
   Ticking to receive auto receipts & invoices

    Yes, a way to search in communications similar to outlook, and to stop refreshing us back to home page when you are searching through communications.

    A way to hit reply on a close job, or FWD would be good too
