    I would love the function of being able to favourite regularly used templates and have them appear at the top of the list, as a receptionist I frequently forward on strata emails and only use 2-3 of our 20+ templates, this means each time I send a communication I have to scroll through an abundance of templates I never use. This could also be used for property officers that typically only need to send communications regarding routine inspections and do not need templates for terminations notices etc.
