An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Ashleigh, thank you for your submission.
We do support the ability for any induction course created in the OnLocation platform to allow the learner up to 10 attempts. Meaning; if a learner initially fails the course they can re do the course again up to the specified number of attempts permitted before a 'FAIL' is registered as the final result.
The original request from our users when we built this feature was that if a learner fails after repeated attempts then the 'Induction Manager who created the course probably needs to speak to the learner.
I will however leave this open for votes as the demand for such a feature may be more prevalent in these changing times. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Brian, Contractor Self-management and Onboarding is a key part of our 2024 schedule. We will merge your request and continue to gather feedback and ideas as we work towards designing a solution. Thank you for the submission.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Shannon, we do try to keep with a design principle that supports the wide array of devises used for kiosks. We are looking to release 'image questions' in the new year and this may alleviate some of your requirements. We would love to see some screen grabs of your set up as this would assist our design team determine any changes we might be able to accommodate.

An error occurred while saving the comment Contractor self-service and Contractor Onboarding is in the 'gathering requirements' phase as a much requested feature. We hope to deliver this in 2024 but in the meantime we will leave open for further comment. We do have enough demand for this where 'votes' are not really required.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Donna, we do currently push notifications to users via email, via SMS, and via our free OnLocation Mobile app. However supporting notifications to Microsoft Teams is something we can look at in the new year as we are releasing support for visitor pre-registration via Outlook 365. I will leave this open for votes for now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Jasmin, we have had this request a few times and the team agrees we should look at this a bit closer. Can you share with us the type of RFID cards you use and would it help if we have OnEvac on the kiosk ipad as an option?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Elliot you can export the content of a PPT as text and save as doc or rich text format. Then copy it into a template in our Induction tool. However, this is not ideal for your needs so we will continue to investigate a better method.
An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Elliot, I will take this to next weeks UserVoice review. I do suspect however that the induction editor and template library we use won't support this but we need to further investigate before making a call. In the meantime I will leave this open for comment, feedback, and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment I have taken this to our Product Dev review team and there is a trigger you can create whereby the employee is signed out after x hours of signing in or you can auto sign them out after an expected duration onsite. The latter requires you to enable the employee sign-in question called: 'Expected duration on-site' which you can find in the 'Health & Safety' Tab under 'Employee Basic Questions'.
Next create a new trigger and when you get to the Trigger Event select: Employee Overdue and then the sub choice to meet your needs. You can learn more here:
https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/218121218-Trigger-EventsAn error occurred while saving the comment Hello Karina, as a scenario an employee might start work and sign into OnLocation at 10pm for a standard 9 hour day finishing at 7am. If they belong to a specific 'employee group' say like 'Night Shift' do you want us to support a rule that automatically signs people that are assigned to the night shift out after say 9 hours (so 7am) OR do you want us to automatically sign them out, regardless of shift, x hours after they sign in?.

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Brodie, I will leave this open for votes and feedback but I will take this to the UserVoice review team next week to assess for viability. It may be a function that we can't support but it may be possible to turn a course into a PDF when archived or when its version changes. At least that way you have a history of each version.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Karina, did you know you can simply 'Swipe left on a name, then tap Verify' to verify them safe manually? Check out the tutorial here: https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034375273-Run-an-evacuation-event-in-OnEvac
I'll leave this open for a month in case I misinterpreted your request but I believe we support this already.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Lisa, I believe you are wanting to have OnLocation create a unique barcode or QR code for each asset (or at least each asset you want a tag for) and then be able to print that out and apply it to the asset. I will submit this to the team next week for review.
In the meantime check out the 3 images attached. Did you know that if you have a barcode creator and printer already you can print the code and attach it to the asset. Then when creating or editing an asset scan the barcode or QR Code into either the the 'Asset Tag' or 'Asset Reference' field (image 1). -
When you need to issue it out you simply grab the asset, go to Asset Management in your OnLocation account and scan the asset in the search field (image 2). Then select search or enter on your keyboard (see image 3) to find the asset quickly. This saves you having to scroll through hundreds of assets or use the search options in the search tool. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Zoe. Not difficult at all to hyperlink the organization name or provide this reduction in friction for you. Leave this with me until the next UserVoice review next week and I'll come to this. In the meantime I will leave this open for comment, feedback, and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thankyou Peter. I can see how passing 'control' of access to the employee host reduces friction. It may only be something we can support where the host is using OnLocation Mobile; as that would support 'replies' whereas replying to a text or email involves a higher level of complexity. I will take this to review next week and come back to you. In the meantime I will leave this open for comment, feedback, and votes.
Thank you Bradley. The review team like the idea of supporting more of our notifications via Push. We have a 2024 planning session next week and will update you post that meeting.
