An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for your idea submission. The issue of contractor ID validation we have solved this with the OnLocation Mobile app for Contractors however we appreciate you may not want to force this on your contractors. We recently released an update to show 'title' as well as 'name' and 'organization' when a contractor has multiple matches returned. However, your conflicts are even across 'title'.
My initial discussions with the engineers saw several solutions tabled however let me take that to our team at the next UserVoice internal review. For now I will leave this open for votes and further comment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Chris, as you know OnLocation does support the issuance of assets like keys to employees, visitors, and contractors via the Add-on called 'Asset Management'. Asset managers issue out and return assets to these people as can reception teams. Can you elaborate on where you want this tab to be? Is it alongside the contractors name in the SIOM screen?

The sign-in option labels on kiosks are only default names. Those defaults today are:
1) Visitor
2) Contractor
3) EmployeeHowever; you can rename these if you are an Administrator.
Simply login from your own PC to OnLocation. Using the upper toolbar menu select 'Locations' and then 'Sign In/Out Kiosks'. Next select the green 'View' button found alongside the respective kiosk. This opens your Kiosk settings and layout options. Select the 'Layout' tab and scroll down to where you can rename the above names.It is not uncommon for our user community to rename Visitor to 'Guest' or Contractor to 'Suppliers' or Employee to 'Staff'.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for idea Abbey, I believe you are referring to the construct of a Frequent Visitor (which we now refer to as a 'Saved Visitor') being issued with some type of token or digital badge for their mobile phone (maybe they can add it to their 'wallet' in an iPhone or similar on Android). This token would include a barcode or QR code, unique to the visitor, as part of its design.
Whenever they enter a location where OnLocation is used they can scan their token and it auto completes the info the customer (you) are requiring of them based on their last visit. All they need to do is 'confirm' the details are the same. In summary 'Scan, Read screen, Confirm'.
Let be set this to Votes for now and allow for further comment from the community; but I will present at the next internal UserVoice meeting.

I will take your idea to our team at our UserVoice meeting tomorrow but we will probably leave this one open for feedback for a wee bit to gather more requirements.

That said, it will be presented at tomorrow's UserVoice internal call but we may leave it for a couple of weeks for further comment before reviewing again.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Martín. If you add a Contractor Member we do already show any exact or close possible 'match' or 'matches' . However to see if the match (s) are the same person you are trying to add you are required to click on that 'match' name and open their profile. I can see how simply hoovering your mouse over the top of 'match' to display high level information would save time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Martín. You can today set up a Trigger whereby when a Contractor signs in they can be sent an SMS if they have a certification (qualification) that 'has expired' or is 'about to expire' as a courtesy warning to them.

I will set set your idea to 'Assessing' as you are asking for SMS to be a pre-set expiry notification option under 'Certification Notifications' and take this to our next UserVoice internal review meeting scheduled for next week.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Martín. We are examining another request for Contractor Self-OnBoarding as well that came into us via UserVoice. Your idea, along with Contractor Self-OnBoarding, lends itself to a more indept review of how we can improve the contractor management functionality.
This is a large area of the app so I will call for votes and feedback but in the meatime I will flag this as a request at our next UserVoice internal review meeting scheduled for next week. -

We are now in 62 countries and as a result we are receiving greater demand from our users to extend our own multi-language functionality into other areas of the app. I will call for votes on your idea and feedback but in the meatime I will flag this as a request at our next UserVoice internal review meeting scheduled for next week.

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Martín again. Thank you. We do have this in our roadmap already but have never received many requests from our community for 'contractor hosting'; so we have always pushed it back in favour of other features. However; I'd love to see more votes for this and any other feedback. I will take as always still take your request to our team at our next UserVoice meeting next week (we meet fortnightly at the moment to review all UserVoice submissions).
Thank you Sherri, we do have an existing task to address this but it has not been scheduled yet. I will update you once its added to the Product teams delivery tasks.
