How to go back if you click on the wrong zone
When using on location on the kiosk, when clicking what Zone you are signing into, if a visitor clicks the wrong zone there is no way to go back and change, as it skips back to previous questions instead of going back to the Zone question. Then the only way to navigate this is by continuing the questions then eventually it lets you click cancel and then you can start signing in again. There needs to be a cancel button on the Zone selection page.

Thank you for your suggestion.
The reason that visitors are unable to return to the select zone question is that the kiosk can be configured to show different sets of questions depending on the zone selected, and so changing the zone means that all the questions have to be reloaded.
There should be a 'Cancel' button on the zone selection page and each following page. Please contact support if it is not appearing on your kiosk.
