Automatic Verification of Certifications
Verification of uploads still need to be done manually. Automated scanning and verification would be GREAT!

Thanks for you feedback. Can you please provide us with more information about your expected workflow? What kind of certifications are you using. It is difficult to automatically verify certifications as they are user-defined and could look very different in different use-cases and regions.
Are you using the 'deny access if expired or incomplete' toggle?
Would it be easier if the person could sign in with an unverified certification but have their record flagged in the system for review?

Feature Request: Dynamic “Current Year” Date Filter for Triggers
Case number: 06337766.
Customer wanted to have the option for Trigger the option of "Current Year" as the date trigger option as they wouldn't need a calendar reminder to manually edit the Trigger to the next year.

Export the induction to PDF or Power Point
Please have the export induction function to save the inductions to either PDF or Power Point formats.

Could you please provide some additonal context for this? Are you referring to exporting the content of an entire e-learning induction course? What would the pdf/powerpoint be used for?
The e-learning course builder was designed to allow OnLocation's systems to automatically log and report on the inductees responses, and manage their permission to come on site based on their successful completion of the course.
If a course needs to be taken on paper or tracked manually, you can configure an internal or external induction course.
We will open this for votes and await additional feedback.

Multiple Visitor Types
Have multiple visitor types or allow customization of QR codes. Right now if you change QR codes/kiosks the changes effect all visitor sign-ins. We have students coming in for tours, business meetings, employees from off-site, etc., so it would be nice to have more customization items for triggers.

Could you please provide more detail about what exactly you would like to customize for each of these groups? Or, let us know if using communities solves your problem.

Change name of sign in / sign out on kiosks
We have got requests from customers that want to be able to change the buttons name on the kiosks for sign in / sign out with translations for different languages.

Could you please provide more information about which buttons you want to rename on your kiosks? The labels for Visitors, Contractors, Employees and Deliveries can be customized in kiosk settings.
Using our Multi-Language addon you can enable different languages at each location, and further customise the labels using the blue 'Edit Translations' button in your kiosk settings.

How to go back if you click on the wrong zone
When using on location on the kiosk, when clicking what Zone you are signing into, if a visitor clicks the wrong zone there is no way to go back and change, as it skips back to previous questions instead of going back to the Zone question. Then the only way to navigate this is by continuing the questions then eventually it lets you click cancel and then you can start signing in again. There needs to be a cancel button on the Zone selection page.

Allow API to work for Insurances the same way the API works for Certifications
I have a feature request below for the API. We currently do this for certifications, and we would like to be able to do the same for insurances.
Some background
Time & People has been doing enormous work with customers to help them integrate better with OnLocation. The majority of customers are from 15+ locationsTime & People have found many work around for the ,limitations of OnLocation and the API, OnLocation has already made a lot of changes to the API over the past few years from Time & People requests

Increase font size of sign in text box.
We have recently changed our kiosk from a touch computer screen to an iPad.
One of our contractors has complained that the writing of their name in the sign in text box is now too small for them to read easily. Could a feature be added which allowed this text size to be adjusted?1 vote -
OnEvac - Comments Section/Field
When using OnEvac, a comments field is needed to be able to record relevant data that may be occuring during the Event and eliminate the need for additional paper forms and documents. This field should have a decent number of characters/lines available in case they are needed.
1 voteThanks Karina, you can add a Note utilizing the small envelope icon in the footer of the mobile screen of OnEvac. This is then viewed by your fellow OnEvac users and is auditable in the OnEvac reporting. If this is not sufficient please let me know directly.

Changing order of questions on Kiosks
The standardized question at the beginning of a kiosk questionnaire after are you a Visitor, Contractor, or Employee is "What is your Name?". What if you want to ask their Purpose of Visit or a Custom Question before you ask for their name? There is currently no option for this and it would be a great change to the overall system for more kiosk configuration. I propose a section within "Sign In/Out Kiosks - Question Rules" to be able to sort the order of questions to ask on your kiosk. If you agree please vote for this idea.
