  1. Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

  2. Please look at putting in the ability to create your own wording for a type of increase. We have a several tenancies which just don't quite fit into the standard "fixed, CPI, market" category.

  3. It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.

    However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.

    Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.

  5. invoice genius property details to move with the invoice details. Some invoices do not have the property address in the first page of the invoice

  6. I recommend an audit tab under each profile ( tenancy, property and owner) which will show a log of date, time and user of making any adjust under the profile.
    for example, staff member 1 changed the rent schedule on 5/2/2025 at 11.55am. A log will show:
    User: SM1 Change: rent schedule from $300weekly to $320weekly Date/Time: 5/2/2025 11.55am

When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

  13. It would be great if there was an option to record both the first and the last day for a commercial/retail tenant to exercise their option to renew their Lease. This would allow us to identify tenancies with upcoming option periods and enable us to proactively engage with tenants before the options lapse. I understand there currently is an a option date available under Lease, Rent &Outgoings Tab, however no one can really explain which date to enter (different answers - Lease expiry date, first date to exercise option and last date to exercise option).

  14. When sending out a email to a landlord with merge fields, it would be good to have a field which picks up both landlord first names not only the primary landlord.

  15. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  16. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

  20. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.
