  1. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  4. When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

  5. When a property manager / registerd PT user, requests a Income & Expenditure statement, it would be helpful if the email with the link to download the statement, goes to the person that requested it.

  6. When paying selected creditors (and not all) apparently it will pay ALL outstanding creditors irrespective of due dates. Which means entered instalments for Council rates will not work. This needs fixing as we are a large agency and need to pay statutory rates and taxes weekly - not all creditors - just statutory rates and taxes.

  7. When selecting a Task Category within the Task Notifications column, then client ‘View All’, the Category selection on the Task Management screen reverts back to ‘All’.

    It would be great if the behaviour is consistent/the same as when selecting ‘View’ on a Dashboard, which is taking you to the selected report while keeping the filters as selected on the Dashboard.

  8. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  10. Have the option to create an inspection notice for the ownership with all the same triggers as the tenant - tentative, proposed and confirmed. At the moment its just confirmed and this is very restrictive.

  11. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  13. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  14. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  15. The work order format is too long, you need to scroll down to the send and completed button and if you put an information banner up along the bottom of the page you can’t see the buttons at all and risk not sending the work order out. I suggest a shortening of the page format so we can see the send and complete buttons without scrolling. The whole work order sending is very long anyway, too many steps and the scrolling down to send a work order is a step too far.

  16. When reviewing arrears from Dashboard and you go to "Tenancies in Arrears" it would make it much easier to manage arrears if we could see number of days in arrears as a column.

  17. Options to colour code white boxes.
    The multiple white boxes throughout the Agency tab are hard to identify such as Arrears, maintenance etc.
    I would suggest the option to colour code the boxes, for example arrears box red, maintenance blue etc. Coming from Property Me this system is a lot harder to navigate.

  19. i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
    in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.
