  2. For those businesses that have automated Invoicing approval and processing systems show NET amount ex GST, GST Amount and Gross Amount individually on invoice not just the GST and Gross Amount

  3. The alarm bell in the top right corner should "visually vibrate" or blow in and out of size, or create a pop-up reminder notification for Tasks. Also once task marked as DONE, they should automatically save to PT and clear from the active tasks list bar.

  4. When looking at 'tenancy leases' in the dashboard, the 'sort by property' column sorts according to street number, not street name. This is rather useless.
    Similarly, the 'sort by rent' column sorts based on the first digit not the total value of the rent. Again, this is useless.
    The addition of an ownership column would also be very useful.
    Addressing these items would be a great time saver.

  5. It would be most efficient if we could set a task to follow up on something at the same time as an email. The task could then be attached to the email so you could easily open the email at the time you are completing the task

Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  7. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

  8. Option to send a TENANT a statement showing outstanding rent and invoices.
    Currently PT only generates an Invoice .. at the bottom of the Invoice it reads
    Tenancy - Statement of Outstanding Items .. with a total outstanding $$$$.
    This does not include any outstanding rent which is misleading.

    There should be an option to include RENT. This would save time and provide consistency in the way information (request for funds) is sent to the tenant.

  10. If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

  12. Property Tree could incorporate a user action logging system where every action taken by a user, such as inputting an invoice or canceling an invoice, is recorded with their username.

  15. I'd love to see a section in the financials of all Invoice history for that tenancy or ownership instead of having to go through the ledger or scroll through the financials tap hunting for an invoice.

  16. This is a pain, I have 97 ‘open’ tasks that I have to transfer to two other team members, and the only way to do this is to open each one to see who the property manager is now following the re-distribution of properties between these two team members.

  19. While it is nice that Property Tree charge owner the routine inspection fee whenever we finalised a routine inspection report on Inspection Express. However, when we finalised an Entry or Exit Inspection, Property Tree charge the owner the Routine Inspection Fee instead of the Entry/Exit inspection fee.
    Could Property Tree rectify this? Thank you.
