Salutation to synch to mobile for contacts
Is it possible to have the salutation synch to the mobile for contacts? We put the 'legal' name in as the required first name but may know the contact by another name - this is especially confusing with Chinese contacts - we put their actual name in the first and last name fields but use their 'english' name in salutation.

Web enquiries assigned to both listing agents if there are more than one.
When receiving a lead capture enquiry we would like the option of having it assigned to both listing agents if there are more than one on the listing.
The auto-response email should also include both agent names.

Edit content of a GRAB brochure
As a Director with a GRAB brochure template, I want to be able to select the images from those uploaded to the listing and edit text to make it fit on the Brochure so that my Box+Dice-printed brochures look fresh and professional.

Contact Detailed Report
When pulling a contact detailed report, it will include only the Notes attached to that person's contact card, plus the name (only) of their related contact(s).
Is it possible to have the notes from both the contacts pulled in the report - this way any contact that has been made will be visible? This will help if doing calling - all contact that has been made with both of the contacts will be visible - rather than having to check both sides in the system.1 vote -
Reading Pane in Contacts Screen
When in the Contacts Screen of the UI, please add a Reading Pane like that of the Buyer Leads Screen so I do not have to open new tabs for the contacts

View Postcode of Contact address in Contact screen
It would be really handy to show the postcode for contacts in various screens. such as when you have a contact open & also in your tasks letter list. The reason is for when we're writing hand written cards we can't see the PC & causes us to open the contact then open the edit in order to see the PC.

Order Buyer Leads by First Name/Last Name
We would like to be able to order the list of Buyer Leads by First Name And Last Name
Presently we can sort by a number of fields but not the name:
Use Cases from agent:
When comparing buyer lists with my colleagues on current interest over the phone for example.
If we order by (for eg) “interest level” (in out maybe) the list on my screen comes up differently to other users’ screens and when we walk through the list discussing buyers and their interest we can’t see the list laid out the same way.

Add new contacts date subfilter "over a year ago from today" as a dynamic date
When filtering in the Contacts screen, are we able to please have a new condition for dates: "over a year ago from today" that would work dynamically, the same way as "last year from today".
For example; I want to create a favourite search for "Last Phone Note/Task Completed was at least 1 year ago".
If today is 2022-01-01 I can use the subfilter: Activity Date is less than 2021-01-01 but tomorrow I need to edit my filter and manually change the selected date.1 voteThank you for your Suggestion!

Residential address filter by project
As a consultant I want to be able to filter for contacts by Residential Building/Project so that I can target residents of a complex.

Sorting buyers by Most Recently Added Note
Prior to Align, buyer leads could be sorted by interest level, last inspection, date added, source, and Most Recently Added Note.
This can no longer be done for source or Most Recently Added Note.
It was of great help to be able to sort the buyer list by how recently they have been updated with notes.1 vote -
Use of QR Code to update contact details
With QR codes getting a bit of traction, I was wondering if you had anything in the works to eventually utilize the technology?
For example, scanning clients QR codes as they enter into an Open For Inspection, ensuring their contact details are up to date etc?

Move Attachment Link from bottom of the email
When emailing an attachment via B+D the attachment is added as a link to the bottom of the email.
People are missing the 'attachments' all the time because they don't expect to see them there.Putting them at the bottom also risks them being overlooked, given that they are not actual attachments (only links) and there will be no paperclip on the message to signify an attachment.

Buyer Lead reports - Source chart
After using many CRM systems in the past, the reports section is really important when we are overlooking at the data we hold. Where we need to understand where our enquiry is coming from is extremely important.
I do think that there needs to be a number next to the source (X came from realestate.com.au, X came from domain.com.au) and a percentage tab.
This looks more professional, and gives more of a story to the pie chart.I do think this should be included and look forward to receiving your feedback.

Allow enabling of media vendor campaign item download for listings outside my own office
As an Advertising Manager, I need to be able to enable the initial items sync on the listing if it is outside my office.
At present a user needs to be associated with a staff profile that matches the listing office to be able to enable campaign items downloading from any media vendor. This is contradictory to the existing functionality that allows a user to send a listing to CT for an office other than their own.

Keep dates fixed at the top of the Inspections tab screen
When you go to the Inspections tab to add multiple property inspections, the first few are okay but if you scroll down the property list, the inspection dates that are at the top of the list, stay at the top of the page and disappear from view as you scroll down.

Add email address to Buyer Leads list screen
Is it possible to add the Email field for buyers into the main list screen?
The main two ways I communicate with my buyers are by phone and email.

Is it possible to have the contact also add in their residential address as well as contact details - this could give the opportunity of booking in market appraisals?

Include Purchaser Activity consultant in Sale listing information screen
Whilst I realise you can click on a vendor contact to view the Purchaser Activity agent of a Sale - it would be great to have this display on the main property listing page along with the other sales info & listing agents. Then we can easily see if the incorrect agent was selected.
