Would it be possible to receive the “Video link URL” via the Media Vendor integration?

Blast Email restricted to My Contact Category
Currently people are able to send Blast Emails to people who they don't have any connection with (potentially the entire database if they have open search settings) - There needs to be an access restriction option allowing people to only send Blast Emails to contacts who they have a unique category against. This would avoid the situation where someone searches a category, to select recipients for a Blast, but doesn't have themselves selected in the consultants box and as a result, they send a blast to clients they have no association with.

Enhance appointments from the Agent App
When using the app, it would be helpful to be able to create an appointment directly from a buyer or contact screen as you can for a Task.
We would like the ability to add other staff into buyer appointments from the app - we understand this is possible via desktop however not currently possible via the app.

Remove owners residential address after they have been set as a past owner
I think it would be better if when an owner has been set as a 'past owner' or you use 'sold by other' it removes their residential and postal address too, so it doesn't have to be done manually.

Ability to create relationship from the "add contact" window
When creating a new contact via the desktop, in the New Contact screen add the ability to create a relationship/new contact for the contact you are creating

Appointment Time Conflict Notification
Can we please have an alert pop-up when a user is trying to add in an appointment/OFI time at a time when there is already an appointment in their calendar (i.e. a calendar conflict is being created)? Thank you.

set OFIs at 15 min intervals
Could we please have an option to set OFIs at 15 min intervals from the drop down menu (rather than typing) made available? This is particularly applicable for rental listing OFIs.

Email blank subject lines
When sending individual emails, it would be good if the subject line is left blank you are asked to confirm to send it with no subject first.

Trust Fund Release Date
Can the trust funds releasable date be shown on the campaign (like the ad publication date is)?
I think it might be beneficial to be able to quickly see if somethings been charged without having to click into each line.

Having the Bio feed through to notes under our contacts in Iphone
I just thought it would be a good idea to have the bio section of the contact record feed through to our APP under the notes section in our Contacts. The reason being if we see someone at the open we can remember anything we need to. It would look impressive eg remembering their kids names etc.

Permanent field in Advertising Copy for Rentals
Just wondering if there could be a permanent message in the advertising copy. For example we would like to have the information about tenants registering for an OFI at the bottom of all our rental ad text.

Automated SMS Loyalty Campaigns
Would be good if you can automate sms within the loyalty campaigns - ie for properties that have sold - have an automated text sent the purchasers two weeks after settlement advising hope you're happy settling into your new home.

Rentals - Under Application option
Could we please have a checkbox included on the Rental Listing Information screen to mark a listing as 'Under Application' (similar to the 'Under Offer' function that is available on the Sales Listing Information screen)? This flag should also be pushed through to the web portals that accept this field. Thank you

Surname for Contacts is not a mandatory field
We have found that you are unable to save a contact in the system if you are entering an enquiry for example, without having anything entered in the surname field.
Often when people enquire, it is rare that they input their surname and therefore typing "Unknown" or putting a small comma or dot in the surname field at present is the only solution.
It would be appreciated if Box and Dice could consider changing the program so that a surname is not an essential field required in order to be able to add a new contact.

Property Other Features
At present Property Other Features are shared across all offices in systems with office groups set up.
For brands with offices in a variety of areas (e.g. city and rural), this is resulting in a large list of Property Other Features being created that can be a little cumbersome to work with as the list is long and many of the features are irrelevant for other offices.
At present, a number of the other configurable Property features are unique for office groups (e.g. Buildings/Projects, Property Styles and Property Zones).

On-screen Identification of Web Portal Loading Fields
A number of offices have recently requested the inclusion of a more intuitive identification system to be used for fields which can be sent through to the web portals (if using web portal loading). At present, it is not immediately clear which fields will/will not be sent to the various web portals. The suggestion has generally been for a colour coding system or something similar to be used.
