  1. Email scheduling

    Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  3. SMS - display name of contact in inbox not just number

    SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

  5. Autofill tenants email or archived tenancies

    When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  6. Some kind of acknowledgement in the diary to show what item you were just in.

    When you open up say an email on the second page of any diary the system does not take you back to where you were and instead takes you back to the top of the diary with no marker or highlight to show which email you were just in. If you are going back and forth through the diary you have to remember the date or title to find it again but would be so much quicker and easier if it highlighted where you were or have just been. This would help a lot when you are printing off paperwork…

  7. Ability to remove a tenant with transactions from a flatting situation - Archive Additional Tenants

    We are unable to remove tenants leaving a flatting situation if money has been receipted against them.

    When reversing a transaction, have the ability to make a 'note/comment' as to reason for reversal.

  9. SMS Replies in diary do not show phone number

    When there are multiple tenants, it would be useful to see the phone number the SMS reply has come from displaying in the diary.

  10. Integrate / Sync with Google / Outlook Calendar

    All reminders / inspections etc, to integrate with our Google / outlook calendar so that we can see on our calendar what's coming up for the day, including Routines, Reminders / Alerts / Due maintenance

  11. Add other amounts owing to tenant movement report

    Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

  12. Add the property managers name to the 'Tenancy' screen that lists tenants

    If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

  13. Have alarm code on key report when checking out multiple keys

    While checking out keys for multiple properties, It would be great if we can also see door codes and alarm codes especially, alarm codes.

    Currently, we check out keys and then need to manually go to each property to get codes. Very TIME CONSUMING.

  14. "Email sent" indication on work orders

    In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

  15. Allow more than 1 owner access the owner portal

    A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

  16. Add / Edit Custom Views

    Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  17. Allow easy reorder of photos in property inspections

    It would be great if once a property inspection is downloaded if the photos could be easily reordered (eg drap & drop method common in many apps). - Is there a way this could be done? Apologies if already suggested

  18. Portfolio Details and Summary report to have the revenue match

    The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

  19. Need to be able to export Property Inspection report as an excel spreadsheet or have field added to custom views of Inspection freqeuncy ple

    Looking to export Property Inspections due, and need the frequency field included, so that we can streamline the number of inspections per week per Property Manager;

  20. Auto reply working 100% including @Gmail addresses

    Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?
