    Thanks for your submission.


    This is a feature that already exists, however, the catch is, the key number must be checked out in order for it to show on the app. The idea behind the key system, is to have the number hidden until it's checked out, which prevents any loss of keys from happening. The app follows these guidelines, so if you check a key out and then perform a fresh export/sync, you will find that the key number will be visible on the app under the specific property :) 

  3. Currently in Palace there is only option to put in Insurnace details for the owner in a small space.

    I request that we have an insurance tab under the property edit screen that allows us to add insurance details and/or multiple policies that there could be (a policy can be different for different properties under the same owner). Also be able to add documents - the certificate of insurance as well as the policy. The expiry date needs 2 options - a set date which sets a reminder in our dashboard a month before or we can run a report…

  9. When "checking out" a key, can we have a field that allows us to put in a note of who we have issued the key to. e.g. Contractor, and their contact details, etc. This will be very helpful so all PM's in the office can see who has the key and why.

  11. I've recently been advised that duplicate invoices will only be picked up by Palace and not processed if they arrive in the same month. This did not use to be the case and there are lots of times that a copy of an invoice will be sent in again in a different month. I'm not sure when this changed, but we have wondered why we are getting some double up of invoice payments, and recently a lot of them, which takes a lot of our and tradies time to identify, remove and get money back.   12. Currently we have a "Save and Close" button on most records. This closes the current screen and takes you back to the previous menu. It would be good to have a "Save" button beside the "Save and Close" so we can continue working in that record.
    Example:
    I have just entered the healthy homes information for a property and pressed "Save and Close". If I want to record other information or get a report from the same property I need to scroll through my list of properties and reopen the property again. This would save time reopening the record.
