  1. Save the creditor invoices in FSCI screen when backing up Strata Master. Currently when Strata Master is restored the invoices in the FSCI screen are lost and need to be re-entered.

  2. When producing the Status certificates in bulk for a plan to be able to manage with an option to produce in batches or Lots within the individual plan.
    The problem is that the process takes a long time and when opening a word document will interfere with producing the certificates.
    This process at the best of times is time consuming

  4. We absolutely love the strata mobile app, I use it all the time. However it would be great if you could email out all owners from the app, and agents, send work orders and quotes. This would be great for out of office calls and also for our managers when they are out onsite at meetings.

  7. Would like the ability to hide the levy notice comment appearing on certain lots.
    eg. they have a newsletter with the levy notice and some lot owners would like the ability to unsubscribe to this.

  8. Should be able to change the font and the colour of the text in the notes section of the Corp screen, as well as other notes sections within Strata master.

  9. Add a new report option called Agency Reports in order to make report selections as required i.e. Strata Searcher. This could be done in a way that is similar to how interim reports works.

  12. Creditor Invoice chain link to creditor maintenance should be read only. If link to the creditor from this screen can edit the creditors details - even if access to "manage creditors" is stopped under user configuration.

  13. Management fees Before processing the monthly Management Fees the preview report should contain a summary of each item of fees. Currently the report just contains a grand total. In other words the sub total of all items of fees viz. Management Fees, Sch B Fees, each item of disbursements should be available. These totals should be no. of items as well as for the value. This will assist in verifying and comparing the disbursements before these are processed to ensure that these are correctly charged.   18. Would like to see a copy of the BPAY reference number in Strata Master. Currently we either need to print new levy notice or find copy of old notice in FS.
    Would like to see full BPAY ref number somewhere in the owner card. Maybe the levies tab. This is because now the solicitor pay via BPAY when they exchange with a new owner.

  19. We operate multiple branches within STRATA Master. I want to be able to dissect my management fees on type of fees. Currently I have to export into excel and move the figures around, this is because in STRATA Master you can't report on standard monthly fees separate to added charge quantity management fees. This is really hard for a business owner to track what it is making, and also to predict growth.

  20. Paul would like to be able to send (Not from outlook) the email levy notice text as HTML not txt. knows it sends as HTML from outlook - doesn't want it sent from Outlook.
