  2. Committee members would like access to details of lot owners, residents, tenants. Obviously this needs to meet privacy act requirements.
    Realise they could be given a log-in to STRATA Master but this would give them access to much information.
    Maybe it could be added to portals for committee members only and be on basis of each body corp building, if they agree to have that level of access.

  8. ANZ Bpay Merchant Referral - Payment Option Capture

    Would like to add the option of credit card payments for levies etc for our clients to our current BPay system. ANZ have a transaction fee for credit card payments so we need to be able to identify which lot owner has made a credit card payment so the fee can be on-charged.

  11. There is a limitation of 50 x characters under proxy/nominee in the meeting register where joint equity exists. To extend to allow for a higher ie; 100+ x characters length that will filter through to the Meeting Minutes.

  12. Automatically open Outlook when issuing emails from Strata Master, eg Levy notices, etc. Currently Outlook needs to be opened manually before the emails are sent.

  13. When "Correspondence" is ticked in the additional contacts field, owners will receive interim reports and also AGM prep reports. In the Mail Merge functionality, where correspondence is email, the only option is for owner or agent as nominated on the lots screen. Would like to be able to select the additional contact too.

  14. Final Fee Notice description field only allows for 33 characters, however when striking levies, does not stop the user from adding in more. Either allow for more characters to be displayed on Final Fee Notice or limit the number of characters the user is allowed to type when striking levies

  16. Would like to acknowledge lots owners levy payment For e.g. auto generate receipt from daily down load or have a line showing payment that came in when issuing levy notices for the next quarter, for every lot

  17. When you go to Quick Reports and Registers tab, Contract Register types; the options in the drop down box for Contract Type is not in alphabetical order, it is in the order that were entered into STRATA Master, this is not very helpful and wastes time.

  20. Unpaid column for the levy income. Doesn't give a total amount at the bottom for owners that are unpaid. All other columns in this section of the report have a total.
