SMS for Arrears

We would like to be able to send SMS for all owners who are in arrears (for multiple buildings) rather than only those in debt recovery.
I.E. issue a reminder to all Lots in arrears via an SMS.

    You could use the manual debt recovery option only selecting SMS as the delivery option to achieve this?
