Generating Status Certificate Reports
Ability to include the following as a tick box to generate the following reports at the same time so the reports don't have to be generated one by one and lot by lot:
-Owners Corporation: income & expenditure -to date
- Lot specific: owner ledger–default period

Ability to generate more than one lot at a time (say for when they have parking lot/s) since the same details would be populated into the fields for both those lots (person requesting the cert and address of). Also, if you have a word doc open it will not generate (error occurs).
