apply discount to all levies
Currently when receipting payments for levies, the software only applies the discount to the administration and sinking fund levies and does not apply the discount to the insurance levy. Urgently require this to be fixed so we do not have to create journal entries on each lot.

Add Description & Invoice Number to Quick Reports > Payments
We feel that the description and invoice number should also be shown in quick reports/payments tab search. A payee and date does not suffice when trying to find one off payments.

File Smart Creditor Invoice screen - more intuitive warning functionality
There is a problem with the display screen with the 3 ticks valid, warnings & invalid. To start if you just put a tick in invalid just to correct the invoices with issues, then if you also put a tick in 'warning' or 'valid' to bring up any other invoices so you can upload all the invoices at once, any changes you made in the invalid screen revert back to how they were before you corrected them.
As we normally upload over 100 invoices at a time we do really like to use the invalid & warnings screen so the…3 votes -

File Smart Creditor invoice - saving changes
Ability to save changes as you go. We only have the ability to save changes after all items are updated. If we exit the screen, then we have to enter in all the details again.

Insurance Claims - add status
To add another Insurance claim Status I.E. 'Excess Paid'? We’ve a few claims were we have paid the excess to the builder and then they are contracted by the insurers to do the work. SO none of the current choices really fit the situation. I’d like to add something along the lines of ‘Excess paid’ so that it’s clearer what is going on.

Proxies Report
A link between the proxy register and the voting register (report) could be useful, if it showed "Validated" proxies that have voted on the voting register, compared to proxies entered on the portals, but which haven't been entered in the proxy register (unvalidated)
