  1. Stratamaster Template formatting needs improving - being stuck with Notepad, the formatting is very limiting and therefore presentation to clients I feel is not ideal

  2. I would like to see the ability to edit the fee notice template - the Macquarie bank (newish) $2.75 Aust Post fee. It would be excellent to be able to highlight this fee. eg amount due $100 - then another box amount due if paying at Aust post $102.75. ( I have many clients who owe $2.75 on my debtors ledger - they are not clear on the need to pay $2.75 more that the invoice says, to cover the Aust Post fee) - example attched

  3. In the following screens:

    • Creditor Invoice
    • Quick pay
    • Manual Bank Reconciliation, Deposit & Withdrawal Tabs
    • Journal
    • Miscellaneous Invoice
    • Other Receipt Type to Owners Corp
    • Credit Lot
    • Reporting criteria that allows for filtering by account code
    • and any other screen where you select an account code, it would be great if you could start to type part of the code name and it searches/provide options available.

    For e.g. if I typed "Doors" it would filter account codes to provide a list of account codes with the word "Doors" in it:

  4. Can you amend Quick Reports on the Corporations tab add the ability to search for:
    Number of lots receiving levy notices by email
    Number of Lots receiving levy notice by mail
    This information is already reported under the Lots tab - having the numbers of lots collated and searchable under the Corporation tab would be useful for us

  5. Export reports to Excel
    There is a current issue with exporting reports to an excel format from Strata Master that needs to be repaired.

    Reports exported with numeric data convert numeric data to text. Columns have to be reformatted to a number format and resized.

    We would love to be able to use reports without having to reformat each time.

  7. After a subdivision has occurred, we add the levies for the rest of the year through the levy journal for the new lots rather than cancelling and recalculating through the levy wizard.
    Could the levies added through the levy journal merge to the status certificates.

  8. A needed feature for strata master is the ability to bulk transfer FOR ACTION BY diary entries onto another user. For example, if an employee leaves, how do you ensure all of their diary entries are attended to and not forgotten about?

  9. When entering a code only and searching all paid under said code, all plans list even if they are not managed.

    We would like the option to be able to hide unmanaged plans transactions.

  10. It would be helpful for quick reference if the plan and lot number (if applicable) was shown in the reference section of the diary records. This would save us having to open via the chain link

  14. We request a new field in the Stage drop down menu for “None” under the Quick reports > Lots > Debt Recovery

    This will assist in sorting through owners who may have been missed or excluded from Debt Recovery at a stage of issuing the notices.

  16. It is becoming more essential to be able to input an additional email for council members. At the moment when emailing council the address is picked up from the committee tab on the corp screen, which in turn picks up the email from the owner screen. This means that if the Chairman changes his email contact to the one created for the chair, all correspondence specific to his lot i.e. Arrears, levy notices etc go to the chairs email address. This is not appropriate as these items are not council business.

  17. Could you please look at making the Interest Free Period on the owners portal as an option for Strata Managers? We allow them 45 days, although all of our correspondence states 30 days. We allow some grace.

If we could have the option to change the merge field for the levy description on the status certificates to read the description entered for said levy rather than the system generated levy period dates. Eg. If we make the due date 10th June 2018 the levy period on the certificate will read the quarter date commencing 10th Jun and not 1st June to 31st Aug
