  1. When entering a payment for a particular asset, add a check box on the page that says "Add this item to Asset Register" so that this does not have to be manually entered into the Asset Register

  4. Owner Portal/FileSmart Levy notices should have their own tab - currently under documents tab - would like this to separate and be able to filter to view only 1 lot/oc/date period etc

  5. It'd be great to see an option to send all received quotes to the executive committee at the push of a button.

    Even better if they could then vote on the received quotes on the committee portals.

  6. Time Stamping an owners account:
    Ideally, it would be great if the system “time stamped” each owners account after every action completed - when any changes to a specific account are made, creating a payment plan, changing a payment plan, notes added

  9. Ablility to add text in between list items E.g.
    A. Something here TEXT HERE THAT WE CAN’T ENTER WITHOUT BREAKING THE LIST
    B. Something else (if we add the text above and then try to continue this list, this item becomes A again).
    C. Something else
    The inability to do this means some of the agenda items look untidy because we had to create a list without it actually being a proper list (so the alignment isn’t perfect).

  13. 'Sinking Fund Forecast' should be nominated as a 'compliance' item (Currently, the 'Sinking Fund Forecast' is designed as a 'Contract' and the merge field <<SinkFundRenewalDate>> looks at the expiry date) but should be able to look at the "Inspection Due Date" in the Agenda Wizard.

  14. Debt Recovery - Payments Plans These are manually managed in SM at the moment. I suggest linking a payment plan up to the reminders so that when a payment plan becomes due and the owner has not paid any funds, then a reminder will appear in the reminders screen

  15. When we do the BAS returns, we use the GST Detail reports. As you may know, the Interest on investment items are shown at the top of the report (presumably to make it easier for us to calculate the PAYG Instalment for that quarter without having to trawl through every line).
    However, when a building has Levy Discounts enabled, the discounts get displayed first so the Interest on investment items get buried.

  16. Ability to give an option to email the representative and sub-representatives only (as elected at the AGM) and obviously some way of identifying the rep and sub-representative.

  20. Where additional addresses have been recorded for a building within Corp > Structure tab > Other Addresses. Allow for Quick Reports > Corporations to show the additional building addresses. Currently Quick Reports will only show the address entered into the Corp > General tab
