Entering new plan - 'Charge unpaid interest" default
When entering a new building "charge unpaid interest" is ticked as default. Would like this to be unticked as the default.

Meeting Wizard - Undo Button
The undo button wipes everything you have done, not just the last thing. The formatting is awkward and you can't customise it to your brand.

WORK ORDER/REMINDERS:
It is annoying that you cant set a work order to happen in the future and understanding is that reminders are created to remind the client to send out the work order.

Reporting for balance sheet
On the balance sheet we can 3 different debtors, it would be helpful if we could print off one repot to find out what units, instead of 3 different reports.

Levy Discounts
It would be great if there could be a GL code for people who want to report it as a revenue rather than expense. This would make the accounts clearer, as it results in lots of lines. The option to exclude the lines from Detailed Expenses would also help.
Accounting for discounts within SM is difficult in it's own state. Improve the discounting process to give the ability to be able to cancel a discount receipt.2 votes -
Quick Reports - Formatted
There are too many clicks in quick report, for example to get a report on the agency agreements. Something that has become more important due to the change in legislation. This should be in formatted reports to limit the number of clicks.

Owner Portals - include notes from fileSMART
Where fileSMART is intregrated with STRATA Master to be able to include the notes ie: invoice notes when publishing on the portal as owner/committee is required to sort and open each invoice to locate the one they are looking for.

Totals by Management Fee Code
It would be wonderful if the Management fees report gave totals by code across the entire portfolio - I currently have to export to excel, sort and then get totals - very inefficent.

Meeting Types - Strata Committee Meetings
Strata Committee Meeting – these are being saved as Executive Committee Meetings. I have been advised to save them as “committee meetings” instead however all my templates are set up for SCM. We need both as we do both Community and Strata.

GST - Group Reporting
To generate GST reports for Individual group. The current GST summary reports displays the GST payable split but does not give the GST Detailed Report for the Income/Expenditure split for Groups which the accountant requires to prepare the BAS lodgement.

Strata Mobile - Distribute Work Orders
Being able to issue work orders through the Rockend mobile app and it syncs with the server database. We have a building management division, and this would be very beneficial whilst they are on site, they can take photos and generate a work order. Also with the industry moving to be mobile and clients wanting their strata managers to come and see their building, this will assist the managers in having free time to visit the buildings they manage and organise work on the go.

Levies added via Levy Journal to populate on Status Certificates
After a subdivision has occurred, we add the levies for the rest of the year through the levy journal for the new lots rather than cancelling and recalculating through the levy wizard.
