Issuing sub meter invoices to additional contacts
Ability to Issue sub meter invoices by email to the Main Contact people for an Owners Corporation, in addition to the additional contacts i.e. Agencies/Tenants/Co-Owners etc. It would be beneficial for Main Contacts and Additional Contacts to be able to receive sub meter invoices, in the same way as Levy Notices may be sent simultaneously.

Proxies Report
A link between the proxy register and the voting register (report) could be useful, if it showed "Validated" proxies that have voted on the voting register, compared to proxies entered on the portals, but which haven't been entered in the proxy register (unvalidated)

File Smart Creditor Invoice - Show accounts without a budget
Show accounts without budget - would be useful if this stayed ticked in fileSMART when entering multiple invoices in FSCI - Managers entering the multiple dissections have no way to record the breakdown for the accounts/admin team to enter them in once it's in SM, even using the workflow comments are very difficult to read in the SM FSCI screen.

Budget Reporting by expense account
Ability to view a budgeted expense account total across all strata plans. Perhaps adding a filter in quick reports would be good.

We would like to be able to send SMS for all owners who are in arrears (for multiple buildings) rather than only those in debt recovery.

Quick Reports Export to Excel
When exporting to Excel the Contact information from Quick Reports, the "Street" values are displaying in date format. Please rewrite the Export functionality to excel to improve formatting issues like the one above.

SMS - include DEFT reference merge field
It would be useful if there was a way to include the DEFT reference as a merge filed in the SMS function. This may assist with at least providing the relevant information for payment where they can copy and paste into quick payments field on the DEFT website from their phone.

Would like the creditor, expense code, description field to refresh to blank once an invoice is saved.
