Add Description & Invoice Number to Quick Reports > Payments
We feel that the description and invoice number should also be shown in quick reports/payments tab search. A payee and date does not suffice when trying to find one off payments.

Creating multiple plans
When creating new plans, would like the ability to copy the plan data at the time of setup, into a new plan.
Potential inclusions to this could include:
- an option when loading new properties to select when multiple OC’s are applicable
- ability to nominate the number of additional OC’s and load as per normal process but have these linked
- ability to assign separate bank accounts, ABN’s
- ability to link lots that are part of multiple OC’s so that when making changes to new owners we can update all associated OC’s at the same time2 votes -
Section 151 - Merge Fields
Contracts, leases, licences, agreements - Services to lot owners, occupiers or the public - Legal notices or orders served on the OC.
Would like somewhere to put this information in Strata Master so that it can merge with OC certificate.1 vote -
Issuing sub meter invoices to additional contacts
Ability to Issue sub meter invoices by email to the Main Contact people for an Owners Corporation, in addition to the additional contacts i.e. Agencies/Tenants/Co-Owners etc. It would be beneficial for Main Contacts and Additional Contacts to be able to receive sub meter invoices, in the same way as Levy Notices may be sent simultaneously.

Would like one central report to view Schedule B charges for all plans prior to processing.

Include somewhere on the GST report the sum of any Bank/Investment interest for date period i.e. quarterly

Submeter Configuration - ability to remove lots
Please add a delete icon to remove Lots that will not be required to be issued any submeter invoices. Currently there is a 'plus' icon to add Lots.

Proxies Report
A link between the proxy register and the voting register (report) could be useful, if it showed "Validated" proxies that have voted on the voting register, compared to proxies entered on the portals, but which haven't been entered in the proxy register (unvalidated)

File Smart Creditor Invoice - Show accounts without a budget
Show accounts without budget - would be useful if this stayed ticked in fileSMART when entering multiple invoices in FSCI - Managers entering the multiple dissections have no way to record the breakdown for the accounts/admin team to enter them in once it's in SM, even using the workflow comments are very difficult to read in the SM FSCI screen.

Ability to add details of a comment to any facing reports. Similar to the way this can be done with quote/work order/levy notice comments.

Budget Reporting by expense account
Ability to view a budgeted expense account total across all strata plans. Perhaps adding a filter in quick reports would be good.
We have added a budgeted expense to the budget for each of our 50 plans and would like to see a list of those budgeted expenses to charge as actual expenses against each plan.1 vote -

SMS for Arrears
We would like to be able to send SMS for all owners who are in arrears (for multiple buildings) rather than only those in debt recovery.

Quick Reports Export to Excel
When exporting to Excel the Contact information from Quick Reports, the "Street" values are displaying in date format. Please rewrite the Export functionality to excel to improve formatting issues like the one above.
