Emailing Levies - add plan number to levy attachment

Can you amend Quick Reports on the Corporations tab add the ability to search for:
Number of lots receiving levy notices by email
Number of Lots receiving levy notice by mail
This information is already reported under the Lots tab - having the numbers of lots collated and searchable under the Corporation tab would be useful for us2 votes -
Payment files: Invoice Number
I would like SM to include the invoice number into payment file which is then uploaded to the bank - this is so the invoice number can be shown on the bank statement of the creditor to allow for easier reconciling

Maintenance Partners
Our rentals team talk a lot about inspection and maintenance manager, I don’t understand why there cannot be something like this for STRATA Master, it really woud save us so much time. Maintenance requests and actions take up so much time in a strata managers day.

Generating Status Certificate Reports
Ability to include the following as a tick box to generate the following reports at the same time so the reports don't have to be generated one by one and lot by lot:

filesmart - descriptions
In Filesmart on our side we can include a description, however when filing documents which clients have access to on through the portal, they cannot see any descriptions we have included. We need to have the descriptions we have included available for owners to see.

Owners Ledger
The owners ledger is really hard to read, because the levies struck are up at the top and the payments are down below you have to keep going from page to page. It doesn't allow you to give a timely response to our owners. Especially when the levies automatically allocate again the first outstanding payment.

Chat facility on owner portal
It would be great to have a chat facility on the portal where committees can discuss issues e.g. what paint colour to use. This would limit the amount of emails back and forth to the Strata Manager
