Corporation screen pop up alerts
Add Building alerts to signal users that there is important information regarding the building. The funcitonlaity was available in Stratamatic and the alert was displayed in these areas; General Alert, Admin Alert, Accounts Alert, Management Alert, Maintenance Alert. STRATA Master currently has building notes but the Alerts act as pop-up messages.

Search/Edit Transactions - option to hide unmanaged plans
When entering a code only and searching all paid under said code, all plans list even if they are not managed.
We would like the option to be able to hide unmanaged plans transactions.

Quick Reports - Debt Recovery reporting options
We request a new field in the Stage drop down menu for “None” under the Quick reports > Lots > Debt Recovery
This will assist in sorting through owners who may have been missed or excluded from Debt Recovery at a stage of issuing the notices.

We feel as though the annual notice of levies email subject line should read similar as the standard levy notice (noting the plan and lot number its being sent to).

QUICK/FORM REPORTS - INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS
There is nowhere in STRATA Master to manage term deposits. You can't see the total, you cant see the term, you cant see the interest rate, you cant see the expiry date. It's very annoying that an accounting package doesn't have this option. We currently have to use the notes tab on the front of building card to remind us about the term deposits.

NZ BANK ACCOUNTS
In NZ you can either have a contingency fund, a long term maintenance fund or both. You can't configure per plan, only per agency. We are having to export the reports out to excel, re-do and then print back to PDF again to ensure they are recorded as the correct fund names. The legislation in NZ is also changing and it is believed it will make it a requirement to have both long term maintenance fund and a contingency fund.

Corporation Notes - add column in Quick Notes
To add to the quick reports>corp>configure columns>add "notes" to report on. This customer has had the SM subs cancelled and can no longer access the security numbers under notes to a plan.

Status Certificate - Levy description merge field
If we could have the option to change the merge field for the levy description on the status certificates to read the description entered for said levy rather than the system generated levy period dates. Eg. If we make the due date 10th June 2018 the levy period on the certificate will read the quarter date commencing 10th Jun and not 1st June to 31st Aug

Insurance - Editing insurers
if the current insurer is edited with open claims will change the history and applies the new insurer to these open claims. Should have an option with warning not to do this.
